Here’s the main features of the final GREAT prototypes:
- single printed circuit board (PCB) integrating all electronic components required for the operation of a GNSS reference station
- multi-constellation multi-frequency GNSS receiver: Septentrio Mosaic X5
- LTE modem: Telit LE910C1-WWX
- internal industrial grade micro-SD (16 GB or higher)
- photovoltaic charger and connection to 12V AGM backup battery
- the receiver tracks all GNSS signals of all main satellite constellations: GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, BEIDOU
- the station transmits in real-time telemetry information such as battery voltage, solar panel voltage and charging status, cellular signal strength, internal memory health status
